1. Services

Voiced, Fairley! provides professional voiceover, narration, and related audio production services. All bookings, quotes, and communications are handled directly through our website or official email at charlesfairley@voicedfairley.com.

2. Bookings and Quotes

All project quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on script changes, project scope, or usage rights. A booking is confirmed only after written approval or payment (where applicable).

3. Payments

• Payments must be made in full before final audio delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods may include secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Wix Payments, or similar).

• All sales are final once work has begun. Revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement or quote.

4. Revisions

Minor revisions (such as pacing or pronunciation) are included at no additional charge within a reasonable limit. Substantial script or direction changes after recording may incur additional fees. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Typical turnaround time is 24–48 hours for short-form projects. Larger or custom projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance. All audio is delivered in professional-grade formats (MP3, WAV, etc.) unless otherwise specified.

6. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed usage rights for their project (e.g., commercial, internal, or online use). Rights do not include resale, redistribution, or AI cloning of the voice. Unauthorized reuse or reproduction of recordings is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Once a project is in progress or delivered, refunds are generally not available. In special cases (technical error, duplication, etc.), adjustments may be made at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All voice recordings and related materials remain the property of Voiced, Fairley! until full payment is received. Scripts, references, or materials provided by the client remain the client’s property.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but Voiced, Fairley! is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
